Delivery Information
For deliveries within Ireland, we estimate a delivery time of 2–4 working days from order confirmation. For international deliveries, it usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination and local transport. Please note that these times are approximate and may be affected by carrier capacity, weather or customs clearance – in isolated cases, delays can occur. We always do our best to minimise any waiting times.
Important delivery information
We only dispatch parcels on weekdays (Monday–Friday). Public holidays, bank holidays and major holidays in Ireland (such as Christmas, Easter, St Patrick’s Day and bank holiday weekends) and days when An Post does not operate are not counted as working days. After you place your order, we normally need 1–2 working days for picking, packing and handing it over to the carrier – the actual transport time is added to this.
Tracking and insurance
All our shipments are sent with insured and trackable delivery (An Post, DHL or an equivalent courier). As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with a unique tracking number. Via that link, you can follow the parcel’s journey in real time – all the way to your letterbox or local collection point. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be held at the nearest collection point (e.g. your local An Post office or parcel locker) for 14 days, subject to the carrier’s policy.
If an item is out of stock
If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately with a new estimated delivery time. We will prioritise your order and do what we can to compensate for the wait – for example, by offering faster shipping options where possible.
Delivery outside Ireland – customs and charges
For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT and possible handling fees from local authorities often apply. These costs are the recipient’s responsibility – unfortunately, we cannot influence or predict these amounts. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for an estimate of the costs before ordering.
Shipping costs (based on the total value of the order)
- Orders under €20 → shipping €12.9
- Orders between €20 and €50 → shipping €4.9
- Orders from €50 and above → free shipping (applies to standard delivery within Ireland and the EU; additional charges may apply for other countries)
